• The Company is adopting International Standard ISO 9001:2008, which specify the statutory & regulatory requirements for a Quality Management Systems in order to:
  • Demonstrate its ability to consistently provide service that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including the processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • The Quality Management System documentation has been designed to have 3 tier structures. Top level has Quality Manual, Policy & Objectives followed by Quality System Procedures corresponding to various processes as tier 2 documents. Departmental Work Instructions, Checklists and Design Guides form the 3rd level documents.


  • Quality Manual, Quality Policy & Objectives addresses to ISO 9001: 2008 requirements in relation to TINSOLAR business operations.
  • Quality documents such as Quality System Procedures & Work Instructions including Design Guides, Design Basis, Formats, Check Lists etc. required by the organization to perform its various activities and to ensure effective planning, operation and control of its processes.
  • Records required for demonstrating the conformity to effective operation of the established Quality Management System. These are listed in List of Records and maintained by TINSOLAR and controlled in accordance with Quality System Procedure for Control of Records.
